Robert Arkin, CEO, is an entrepreneur experienced in the management of development stage companies. He has served previously as Chairman and CEO of Modavox, an Internet content provider; founder and CEO of Synermedics, a hospital workflow process automation developer; COO of Berman Managed Care, a NASDAQ NM traded healthcare coding, utilization review and QA business; and as a partner at Leonard Street and Deinard, Minnesota’s 4th largest law firm, specializing in corporate finance and intellectual property law. He earned a JD from the University of Virginia Law School and an MA and BA cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. Immediately following law school, he clerked for the Chief Justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court.

Efraim Gavrilovich, CTO, has focused primarily on electronic design, manufacturing processes and quality control. He managed successful multimillion dollars projects for Sun MicroSystems; and served as Engineering Manager at Alpha Technologies, an uninterruptible power supplies manufacturer, and Sinclair Technologies, a radio communication equipment manufacturer. He is a registered Professional Engineer and holds a MAppSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Lvov Polytechnic National University.

Danny Daniel, Vice President, Hospitals, has sold and intergrated new state-of-the-art medical devices at hospitals throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic states. He began his career at two Pfizer companies, specializing in heart valves and guiding and diagnostic catheters for coronary angioplasty; Fischer Imaging Corporation concentrating on mammography, electrophysiology and stereotactic core biopsy imaging systems; Thermo Cardiosystems Inc., focusing on implantable left ventricular assist device (LVAD) heart pumps; PLC Medical Systems, specializing in heart lasers; JOMED, Inc./Endosonics, Inc., concentrating on intracoronary pressure and ultrasound systems; and ATS Medical and LifeCor, Inc., focusing on heart valves and wearable defibrillators. A graduate of the University of Georgia, he’s won nine Presidents Club awards.

Jerry Smith, Vice President, Home Care, served previously as President of Telemetry Systems, building a national dealer network for monitored eldercare products. Before forming Telemetry Systems, he managed the testing, engineering, installation and operation of large digital switching and transmission systems and other information transport technologies at Verizon and other companies, including supervising directly the construction of large fiber optic systems, AC/DC power installations and associated telemetry.

Alison Goldwater, Director of Marketing, has specialized in branding, destination, event, luxury product promotion and public relations. Her clients have included the Scottsdale Conventions and Visitors Bureau, Barrett Jackson and Russo & Steele Classic Auto Auctions and California Pizza Kitchen. She started her career as a freelance producer for Regis & Kathy Lee and a product development manager for Kleinberg Sherrill, a luxury product design firm.
